What you’ll contribute to

The People & Culture Division is responsible for the provision of Toyota best practice advisory, learning and development services to both internal customers and external businesses. This includes, but is not limited to, Toyota employees, dealers, suppliers, vehicle importers and the broader community.

The Retail People & Culture Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the implementation, communication, tracking and reporting of People & Culture activities that support dealers acquiring employer of choice status and achieving business objectives through their people.

How you’ll make an impact- Gather, collates and analyses information relating to People & Culture - Retail activities. Prepares and distributes reports, information, presentations and recommends countermeasures, where required, in order to problem solve and inform decision making.- Maintain the project schedules by coordinating inputs from the People & Culture - Retail team and/or other areas of the business/network, in order to provide accurate and timely information to ensure project objectives and milestones are met.- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of communication tools, business processes and reporting systems to enable the retail network to achieve optimal employee engagement and enablement.- Coordinate end to end process to ensure events, forums and meetings are delivered in accordance to plan and within budget whilst providing a seamless and professional attendee experience.- Act as the key contact for stakeholders in relation to People & Culture - Retail activities such as myBenefits, retail employee turnover, project status. Resolve queries and issues or escalate as appropriate.- Ensure any changes to processes, procedures and relevant legislative requirements (i.e. employment matters) are accurately documented and communicated throughout the network in order to improve and optimise people engagement and enablement.

Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Relevant HR qualification or demonstrated experience within a Human Resources/People & Culture role.- Advanced skills and experience using Microsoft Excel (or other analysis tools).- Intermediate skill and experience using Microsoft PowerPoint.- Understanding of automotive, hospitality, retail and/or Dealer franchise network very desirable.- Excellent reporting and communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to travel locally and interstate when required.
