VicRoads Registration and Licensing Services (RLS) delivers customer focused registration and licensing services, providing millions of Victorian’s with access to the road network every year, and ensuring road safety is at the heart of everything we do. VicRoads Registration and Licensing, and Custom Plates businesses have recently undergone a major corporate transformation as part of a Joint Venture partnership which is aimed at strengthening service delivery platforms, digital and online products and services, organisational culture, operating models and commercial sustainability to deliver our long-term strategy. Our new Joint Venture partnership will ensure we provide our customers and the Victorian community with even greater access to our products and services.
- Annual Salary Range: VPSG5 $103,920 - $125,735 per annum plus superannuation
- Employment Type: Ongoing, Full-Time or Part-Time
- Usual Work Location: Melbourne CBD (flexibility may be available)

**About the Team**

The Victorian Government has recently entered a joint venture with a consortium of private sector investors to operate the registration and licensing and custom plates businesses of VicRoads. The joint venture (VicRoads RLS) will hold a 40-year concession to operate those businesses and modernise the existing systems and services to deliver improved service quality and customer experience.

The skills and experience required in the position include, but are not limited to the following:

- Contract management and interpretation/advice experience required, particularly strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify, assess and manage risks, issues and trends that have an impact on the Concession Deed
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills to develop and sustain mutually beneficial partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability to operate in an organisation focused on adopting innovations and improving ways of working
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and work independently to handle competing deadlines and priorities.
