We’re on the hunt for an experienced **Head of Design & Cultural Impact** to provide transformational design thinking and breakthrough cultural thinking across our iconic brands. Reporting to our Connections Director this role will be tasked with setting the strategic design direction for our brand identity projects, ensuring our brands are truly embedded into Aussie culture with consistently high-quality execution. You will be a pivotal leader driving a team of passionate, creative individuals dedicated to excellence.

**What you will need from Day One**:

- Develop and manage the creative direction and visual identity for our brands aligning with strategic goals and acting as the key creative decision-maker.
- Lead execution of design imagery to ensure brand integrity and audience engagement.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers and event producers, fostering creativity.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business objectives into creative strategies.
- Oversee packaging design.
- Manage external creative partnerships, budgets, and timelines while staying updated on industry trends.

**We are looking for someone with**
- An excellent mastery of craft in art direction and design
- Someone who can lead and provide clear creative direction to our team and partner agencies by drawing on deep experience
- Ability in relevant, idea-driven design disciplines (visual identity, packaging etc).
- Your ability to influence and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders, internally & externally,
- You will cultivate innovation as well as have the courage to challenge the status quo on how brands and the broader category shows up in culture to impact brand communication. Your experience within design and design strategy will be vital for this role.
