You'll lead our team of designers, translating 2D concepts into stunning 3D products. Your role is pivotal in ensuring alignment with our brand ethos of delivering stylish, high-quality, and functional summer essentials.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team, demonstrating expertise in transforming ideas into tangible products.
- Oversee research and development for new season styles, staying abreast of trends and customer preferences.
- Manage the entire design process, from conception to final product, including market research and trend analysis.
- Supervise a team of three designers, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and annual reviews.
- Create accurate product sketches with detailed specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the Production Team to ensure top-quality samples and mass production.
- Engage with B2B partners, retail teams, and the community to gather feedback for product improvement.
- Ensure product and packaging designs align with brand strategy and Visual Brand Language.
- Collaborate with the Head of Creative to merge creativity with market trends for strategic growth.
- Travel regularly for inspiration trips, production visits, and partner engagements worldwide.
- Deliver innovative product ranges with excellent sell-through rates, aligned with brand and customer needs.
- Identify relevant design trends across products and packaging.
- Lead with creativity, ensuring original designs that align with brand strategy.
- Conduct market research to understand customer demands and design innovations.
- Collaborate on high-quality story, mood, and color boards with the Head of Creative.
- Lead the creation of accurate and detailed tech packs for products and packaging.

**Ideally, you'll have**:

- Experience in team management.
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of 3D render software is a plus.
- Proven ability to translate 2D concepts into 3D products.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local and overseas market trends and customer preferences, including trend forecasting.
