Your Role

We're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator (our equivalent of an HR Coordinator) to join the team on a part-time basis (3–4 days per week). This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll support our people experience across the whole employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to recognition, wellbeing, and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers from phone screens and interviews through to reference checks and onboarding.
  • Supporting new Edgers with their paperwork, orientation, and training so they feel welcome and set up for success.
  • Coordinating employee training, both mandatory and professional development.
  • Supporting visa application processes where needed.
  • Keeping employee records accurate and up to date, in collaboration with our Contracts Administrator and Financial Controller.
  • Being the first point of contact for everyday HR queries, while escalating more complex matters to the right people.
  • Coordinating Edge's reward and recognition programs and supporting wellbeing and safety initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee feedback surveys and share insights
  • Coordinating offboarding for leavers and helping to keep our HR policies current.
  • Contributing to general people administration and projects as needed.
