Accounts Receivable Officer

This role is dedicated and focused on the accounts receivable function for the RAC Arena Operation. It provides accounts support to the accountant to ensure efficient and effective accounting and financial management.

**About Role**
- Integration and invoicing of corporate suite & box charges.
- Creation of Function invoices from Function Settlements.
- Invoicing renewal of suite licences.
- Generation of any other invoices as required.
- Daily follow up of outstanding debtor invoices and bank reconciliations.
- Process credit card payments for suite and function invoices.
- Up to date and accurate capital expenditure tracking.

**About You**
- Certificate IV in Accounting Studies (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent computer skills (including word, excel and accounting packages).
- Previous experience in financial reconciliation of merchant clearing.
- Sound administrative and organisational skills.
- Good data processing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Previous experience using a POS and financial software program.
