**The Company**

Robert Half has partnered with a well-known and successful company seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer. You will be joining a Close-knit and supportive accounts team who embrace a friendly blue-collar environment. With the support and training of your Financial Controller you will benefit from being guided by one of the best in the industry.

**The Role**

The responsibilities of the successful Accounts Receivable Officer will include:

- Monitoring and maintaining customer information
- Invoice production
- Receipting and allocation of payments
- Inputting and processing journal entries
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Monitoring customer accounts for delayed payments
- Reviewing the Account Receivable Process to identify best practice

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience in an Accounts Receivable role spanning at least two years.
- Forward-thinking skills in MS Excel.
- Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working supplier relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
