Oaks Brisbane on Margaret Suites is seeking a skilled and proactive **Maintenance Officer** to join our team on a **3-month full-time contract**, with the possibility of extension. This role is key to ensuring our property always looks its best and operates smoothly, delivering the high standard of service Oaks is known for.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across guest rooms and public areas
- Coordinating and supervising external contractors
- Implementing preventative maintenance programs
- Keeping accurate records of daily work and service schedules

**What we’re offering**:

- Monday-Friday: $26.70 p/h
- Saturday: $33.38 p/h
- Sunday: $40.05 p/h
- Central Brisbane CBD location with a supportive team environment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous hands-on building or property maintenance experience
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Great communication and a service-focused attitude
