Right now, we are on the search for a **People and Culture Coordinator** to join our team based in** Clayton **on a 10 month fixed term contract.

As a key member of our P&C team, you will quickly become part of an engaged, hardworking, down to earth group, who will welcome you with open arms.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will work closely with the entire P&C team and the broader business to provide a wide range of support and advice throughout the employee life cycle.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Policy and procedure development and updates
- Coordinating various programs including our Reward and Recognition Program, Fit for Work Program
- Facilitating our monthly Centralised Induction
- HRIS implementation support

**ABOUT YOU**

You thrive on ‘being the customers needs’ along with your proactive and flexible approach will make you perfect for this busy and dynamic team.

**To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience, and attributes**:

- Experience as a People and Culture Administrator with extensive knowledge of the employee lifecycle
- Demonstrable experience in supporting employees and managers
- The ability to engage with a diverse workforce, be a strong communicator and display empathy whilst always maintaining confidentiality
- A qualification in Human Resources Management would be an advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail, as well as planning and organisational skills
