As the P&C Business Partner, you will report to the Head of People & Culture and join a small team to work across a 200+ employee organisation, to support across the breadth of People & Culture functions. You will play a keep role in the operational facets of the P&C portfolio, providing business partnering support to people leaders to influence successful business outcomes. You will manage recruitment and onboarding, and in the breadth of your work, ensure that the entire employee lifecycle experience is positive and respectful. You will help to develop the people leaders within the business to achieve effective workplace relationships and enhanced people and performance management capability. Overall, you will engage deeply across the organization to deliver advice and programs relating to people and culture, that help support the success of their people and the whole organisation.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience as a P&C Business Partner, ideally in a service delivery organisation. Your communication skills and EQ allow you to have meaningful and mature engagement with individuals and be a trusted advisor to the business. You will be a team player, willing to join discussions around continuous improvement and how P&C can continue to support the business’ needs and be a true enabling function. You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have proven experience adding value in an P&C business partnering capacity. With a Head of P&C who is looking to take the department’s performance to the next level, there is a lot of opportunity for growth in this role, and it’s a really exciting time to join this purposeful organisation.
