**YOUR NEXT COMPANY**
Our client is a global PQS firm with an office in Brisbane, who are seeking a Cost Manager with experience in Healthcare oriented construction projects. They have a great team and are well established with a busy pipeline of upcoming work and numerous positions available.

**YOUR NEXT ROLE**
You will be have a range of duties including
- Contract administration
- Cost planning
- Cost estimates and cost management services
- Cost planning
- Bills of quantities

**IS THIS A FIT FOR YOU?**
To be considered successful for this role you will have tertiary qualifications in construction management / quantity surveying, Cost X knowledge and experience, experience with Medical/Healthcare projects, strong attention to detail and great communication skills. Ideally you will have a AIQS or RICS membership or be working towards one.
