Healthcare Australia (HCA) is the leading healthcare recruitment solutions provider of nursing staff, aged care workers and medical specialist contracts in Australia, offering quality staffing solutions and services to support community health and wellbeing. Our rural and remote team service public and private healthcare facilities all over Australia.
Your role will be to advertise for and recruit healthcare staff for roles in rural and remote Australia. You will work autonomously with your own portfolio of healthcare staff to credential them to our high standards, identify suitable career opportunities for them, share helpful tips for successful recruitment and celebrate their career victories.
**Your key attributes**:
- Ability to operate in a high energy and dynamic team environment
- Confident working towards financial KPIs
- Able to work autonomously with your own portfolio of healthcare staff and credential them to HCA’s high standards
- Caring attitude with the desire to provide winning outcomes
- High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to adapt to other IT systems
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload to achieve business outcomes
- A ‘can do’, positive attitude and a great sense of humour
