As a key facilitator and trusted advisor, the IT Change and Release Manager is dedicated to building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into secure and reliable technology solutions.

**How do I apply?**
To express your interest, please submit your resume along with a one-page response addressing your ability to:
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT change and release management frameworks in alignment with ITIL version 4, balancing governance with operational risk.
- Proven ability to manage change and release processes by assessing business impacts, negotiating outages, and ensuring stakeholder engagement, particularly within government environments.
- Proven experience using formal PSA tools, such as ServiceNow, to manage change processes effectively, including leading and chairing Change Advisory Boards (CAB), managing emergency change processes, and overseeing associated workflows while balancing agile approaches with BAU activities.
- Proven ability in managing hybrid change environments, overseeing both business-as-usual standard changes and cloud-related projects, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Demonstrated experience in audit and compliance processes, ensuring that all change and release activities are well-documented and meet external audit requirements.
- Effective communication skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business language.
