**The Opportunity**
With a huge pipeline of work and exciting projects underway, they are currently seeking a

In this role you will be using your
**12D design capabilities** on a range of complex
**land development projects.** You will work with the engineers and also liaise with clients, authorities and stakeholders providing quality and innovative designs and drawings. This is an
**employee-owned business** with flexibility provided in respect to work arrangements.

**About You**
You will have:

- **3-5 years experience on Land Development projects within Australia,** ideally with some** stormwater design experience.**:

- Proficiency in the use of **12D and AutoCAD**:

- Thorough understanding of **Australian civil design codes**:

- Ability to communicate effectively to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
