Civil 12d Designer (3–8 Years’ Experience) – Sydney CBD

Salary: $80–110k + Super (Negotiable)

Join a Growing Urban Civil Team

Our client is a young, fast‑growing consultancy based in the Sydney CBD, specialising in urban development and infrastructure design across NSW. With a small, close‑knit team led by highly regarded Directors, they’ve built a reputation for quality design, collaboration and hands‑on technical mentoring.

We’re seeking a Civil Designer with proven 12d experience to support the design and delivery of urban civil and infrastructure projects. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and project managers across all stages of design and documentation from concept layouts through to detailed design and construction support.

You’ll Bring:

- 3–8 years’ civil design experience (urban/land development preferred)

- Strong technical proficiency with 12d (essential)

- Sound understanding of Australian Standards and local council processes

- Full Australian working rights

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
