ABOUT YOU

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

- 6+ years’ experience.

- Advanced 12D and/or Civil 3D, DRAINS, TUFLOW & MUSIC.

- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.

- Strong time management to meet deadlines and budgets.

- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Design urban development civil works (roads, grading, drainage).

- Document and design using 12D or Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

- Experience with XP-Rafts, DRAINS, TUFLOW, and MUSIC (desirable).

- Support Design Manager in project design processes.

- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and authorities.

- Plan and manage projects through all delivery stages - start to finish.

- Design residential subdivisions (earthworks, roads, drainage, water, sewer).

- Ensure high-quality, client-focused work.

- Manage project budgets, costs, and invoicing.

- Develop innovative solutions and expedite project completion.

- Mentor junior staff and provide peer support.

- Contribute to company growth and modern design methodologies.

- Adhere to company IMS, QMS, and WHS systems.
