About The Role
We are seeking a
Civil Designer
to join our growing Sydney team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of civil infrastructure projects and contribute to high‑quality designs that meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.

In This Role, You Will

  • Deliver detailed civil design and documentation in line with relevant standards
  • Produce accurate, high‑quality work using 12D, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and similar software
  • Monitor scope, cost, quality, and schedule to ensure successful, profitable project outcomes
  • Collaborate across disciplines and with clients to deliver well‑coordinated solutions
  • Apply construction methodology knowledge to design development
  • Assist in the preparation of fee proposals and tender submissions

About You

  • 3+ years' experience delivering civil design for earthworks, drainage, roads, and sewer/water
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering (or working towards completion)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, codes, and drafting requirements
  • Practical experience producing detailed designs, plans, and documentation
  • Skilled in CAD software, including 12D, AutoCAD, PCDrain, and PCSewer
  • Excellent project scoping and time management abilities
