**The Opportunity**

This position provides accounts payable, accounts receivable, clerical support and reception services to the organisation (Part Time - 24 Hours per week)

Key Responsibilities include;
- Maintaining accurate financial records for accounts payable
- Bank reconciliations and account balancing
- Prepare BAS, PAYG, and superannuation reporting
- Support month end and year end close processes
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors as required
- General Administrative duties
- At least 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable functions with a good understanding of accounting procedures.
- High level of attention to detail with proven level of quality and accuracy of work.
- Experience using Xero software.
- Strong reconciliation skills.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Intermediate level of Word and Excel.
