**The Opportunity**

This position provides accounts payable, accounts receivable, clerical support and reception services to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Perform Accounts Payable function including the timely processing of accounts payable and maintenance of all creditor records
- General administration/reception, switchboard and cashiering duties
- Provide support as required to Senior Finance Officer for Accounts Receivable & Receipting duties including some debt collection.
- Provide assistance to Management Accountant and other administration staff

This position is permanent part time (48 hours per fortnight)
