About the Role

In this full-time position, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities that make every day different. Your tasks will include:

- Preparing and managing client quotes.
- Liaise with clients for photo booth & wedding transport bookings
- Setting up and decommissioning photo booths for events
- Running photo booth jobs (up to 15 weekend days annually)
- Organising and briefing contractors.
- Cleaning and maintaining the office environment.
- Prepping and washing wedding cars
- Handling general office tasks, such as shopping, post office runs, etc.
- Assisting with photo culling when required

About You

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in both Windows and Mac systems.
- A full driver’s license (manual transmission capability is a plus).
- Familiarity with the Sydney wedding industry.
- Understanding of photography.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite programs is a bonus.

- Friendly and professional demeanour with excellent communication skills.
- Critical attention to detail required

What We Offer
- A full-time, permanent position with a salary of up to $70,000 depending on experience.
