Due to an internal promotion an opportunity exists to join Crown Technology team as a **Systems Analyst - Non-Gaming **to provide analytical and technical support of cloud based and on premises technologies that are maintained and updated by the Corporate Solutions team.

This is a permanent opportunity onsite based in **Melbourne.**

**Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for system enhancements and integrations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems through test plans, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Opera and POS systems, ensuring mínimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Effectively support the business on a 24x7 basis by ensuring that escalated incidents are resolved within agreed SLA timeframes.
- Implementing testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance.
- Updating the technical documentation for Crown’s knowledge library to assist in future resolution of incidents.

**What you need to be successful**:

- Experience working with one or more of the Crown cloud based and “on premises” technologies used:

- Microsoft Windows desktop and server
- Microsoft SQL - ability to run basic queries
- Microsoft Azure stack
- Mobile devices, including iOS and Android.
- POS and Opera or similar hospitality systems
- Excellent communication skills and a curious mindset
- Experience gathering business requirements from non-technical and technical personnel
- Tertiary qualification in relevant technology discipline preferred
