We are renowned for the quality of our Consultants and their ability to work with our clients to successfully deliver projects that matter to them and the communities they serve.

We are working with a leading Victorian Government Agency who is undertaking a project to implement a new Asset Management System and we have an opportunity for a Change Analyst to help us deliver the project.

This role will report through to a Change Manager on the project and will be for an initial 3 months but we do expect it will go on longer.

**Specific responsibilities will include**:
Conducting stakeholder identification, analysis and engagement

Conducting impact and change readiness assessments and determine appropriate activities

Developing change, communications and training plans and associated documentation

Working with stakeholders to embed the change, and

Help to drive adoption and manage resistance across the streams of work

This opportunity will suit someone who has existing change analysis experience and is maybe looking to move from a smaller project or organisation into a larger more complex environment.

To qualify you will be able to demonstrate some experience working across the Organisational Change life cycle including experience developing:
Change Plans

Stakeholder maps

Impact Analysis

Readiness Assessment

Learning Needs Analysis

Communications plans and developing and documenting learning and plan and training material as required
