**Service**
**Receptionist **to join our Service Department
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service Department and the rest of the dealership as required. This will include taking incoming phone calls, assisting customer requests, and completing general administrative tasks to assist dealership personnel.
**The duties of this role will include**:
- Answering the phone promptly with a courteous, professional and understanding manner
- Welcoming all on-site visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Recording and forwarding phone messages and queries
- General administration duties and housekeeping
