**Receptionist / Customer Relations Officer **with a professional phone manner to join our dynamic team at
**Porsche Centre Perth**

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance to incoming telephone callers by determining the purpose of calls and forwarding calls/visitors to appropriate personnel as well as improving service retention by focusing on building important relationships between the dealership and its customers

**This includes**:

- Passion for Customer Service and Sales
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Greeting customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Customer focused and dedicated to delivering great service;
- Outgoing, bubbly and a 'Can-do' positive attitude;
- Computer literacy;
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail;
- The ability to deal with repetition and keep motivated.
- Previous experience with ERA Software is advantageous.
- General administration duties and housekeeping

You will ideally possess:

- Professional phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Customer Service Orientated with a friendly and outgoing personality

- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
