**Talent Acquisition Advisor, 12-month FTC, **Box Hill Support Centre**

As our business expands, we are looking for an experienced recruiter who is driven to add value and support a growing business by attracting great talent, or those with the potential to be the best

To do this, you will be able to effectively partner with internal stakeholders to really understand the business and role requirements, enabling you to go to market and source the best talent.

You will also play a significant role in refining and managing our onboarding processes to ensure new hires are engaged and set up for success from the very start. With a collaborative style and positive mindset, you thrive on providing a responsive and quality driven approach to your work.

**What will you be responsible for?**
- Talent sourcing and acquisition
- Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Building and promoting our employer brand
- Designing and implementing onboarding/induction programs to ensure employees have a smooth transition into the business
- Reporting on key metrics
- Continuously improving our talent acquisition, onboarding and induction processes

Beyond this, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various projects and initiatives as we shape and evolve the People & Culture frameworks, systems and processes to support the business’ culture and growth strategy.

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven recruitment experience (min 2+ years) with demonstrated knowledge of best practice attraction, recruitment and selection strategies.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growing business across multiple sites (Healthcare industry experience will be highly desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative and productive working relationships with stakeholders.
- Action oriented and confident to drive outcomes.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong analytical skills along with the ability to make sound judgements and solve problems.
- Tech savvy and willing to look at ways of introducing technology to improve processes.
- Data-driven and able to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work well within and contribute to a team.
- Proactive in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
