We have an opportunity for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join the Talent Acquisition Team on a** Fixed-Term Full-Time, 6-month contract.** In this hands-on role, you’ll lead high-volume recruitment campaigns for Disability Support Workers across Queensland.

Some travel to our regional sites will be required as you support recruitment on the ground.

**Key responsibilities of this role are to**:

- Deliver end-to-end recruitment on active roles including developing job-based recruitment strategies/ campaigns.
- Improve the speed to hire through innovation and refinement of processes in line with changing workforce needs.

**What you can bring to the team**
- Demonstrated experience in a Talent Acquisition role with experience in disability services, health care, NFP or volume recruitment an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience providing expert advice and guidance to empower managers to make informed selection decisions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
