In the role of Principal Policy Advisor, you will be part of a team delivering national heavy vehicle reform projects for the benefit of Queensland industry and communities and providing input into the development of significant heavy vehicle reform policies. Accountabilities include: - Conduct high level policy research and analysis, and proactively contribute to the identification, development, implementation, evaluation. Critically analyse and formulate Queensland's position on a range of national heavy vehicle reform projects. Develop and maintain effective networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Write and/or review complex reports, briefing notes, submissions, departmental and other correspondence. Actively manage staff development and performance and drive continuous improvement within the team.
