We are looking for a talented **UI/Web Designer** to work on a range of digital projects that include large-scale websites, e-commerce platforms, and interactive web experiences. You will collaborate with creatives, developers, and strategists to bring innovative, user-centred designs to life.

**The role is to**:

- Design using design and brand systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across large-scale projects.
- Annotate and write detailed specifications for developers
- Maintain well organised design files for collaboration, feedback, and presentation

**Experience & qualities we’re looking for**:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/digital/web design, with a portfolio showcasing real projects.
- Agency Experience a plus (but not required)
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or similar
- An eye for detail
- Collaborative and communicative with fellow designers and other teams
- Strong proficiency in Figma with prototyping
- Motion design experience, especially UI or product animation a big plus
- Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and web accessibility.
- Experience working on iterative web or digital product design projects, collaborating with developers and other team members a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Webflow, Spline, or After Effects is a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions effectively.
