About the Role

We're on the hunt for a talented
Mid-Weight Digital Designer
to join our growing creative team. This role is perfect for a designer with an
advertising background
who thrives on creating compelling campaigns across multiple platforms – and who's ready to take ownership of
studio workflow and priorities
.

As a Mid-Weight Digital Designer, you'll work closely with our Strategists, Communications and Media specialists to design creative campaigns that
connect with clients' audiences and deliver results
. Alongside hands-on design work, you'll also
manage the studio
– overseeing priorities, balancing workloads, and ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Conceptualise and design
    digital campaigns
    across social media, display, and video.
  • Create and roll out assets across platforms, adapting visuals for each channel.
  • Design for
    websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces
    (Figma).
  • Deliver high-impact creative for
    print, outdoor, and brand activations
    .
  • Develop or refresh
    brand identities

, including logos, colour palettes, typography, and usage guidelines
- Collaborate with the creative and media team to ensure design aligns with audience insight and campaign strategy.
- (Bonus) Contribute to
video production, editing, and animation
projects.
- Manage studio workflow
– oversee project priorities, resource allocation, and deadlines.
- Champion best practice in design process and quality control.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in a design or creative agency role (advertising background highly regarded).
  • Strong skills in
    Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
    .
  • Experience in
    video, animation, and motion graphics
    .
  • Ability to deliver across
    digital and traditional formats
    (social, display, OOH, print, video).
  • Strong understanding of
    clients, audiences, and what makes advertising effective
    .
  • Experience managing
    studio priorities, workflow, and project timelines
    .
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience in
    video production and editing
    .
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude and passion for
    great design that performs
    .
