We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and fun Mid-Weight UX/UI Designer to join our amazing and talented Digital team. This role will partner with a cross-functional team of product managers, developers, and customer advocates to create and enhance digital customer products and experiences through simple, intuitive, and human-centred solutions.

This exciting role works alongside our Digital Design Lead helping to deliver end-to-end design solutions through websites, apps, and digital products.

This role is available on a permanent, full-time basis and is located out of our York Street, Sydney office with hybrid working options available.

A day in the life
- Create world-class digital experiences across our customer journey - whether choosing products or services to onboarding, transacting, and growing the relationship.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Brand/Marketing specialists, and Engineers to identify and solve problems creatively in an Agile environment.
- Produce considered and creative high-fidelity designs for responsive web, iOS and Android - ready for development.
- Develop and embed design processes and methodologies to streamline workflows.
- Conduct usability testing and customer interviews.
- Customer journey mapping to identify gaps, opportunities, and pain points.
- Analyse and synthesise user research findings to provide informed UX and UI recommendations and translate into features.

What you will need from day one
- A minimum of 3 years industry experience in UX/UI design, creating responsive digital products, ideally in a B2B setting.
- A deep understanding of responsive UI design/patterns and knowledge of e-commerce best practice
- End to end design skills - the ability to work in low fidelity wireframes to test and validate ideas and assumptions that influence high-fidelity designs.
- Co-designing solutions with designers, products owners, developers, and other business stakeholders
- Strong understanding and experience working with design systems and know how to efficiently scale design.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate your design decisions to all audiences, and champion design as a differentiator in creating value for our customers and business alike.
- Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Adobe suite, Atlassian software would set you up for success in this role.
- To autonomously manage multiple projects at the same time, from concept through to completion
