A three month contract opportunity for three UI / UX Designers (one Lead, two mid-Senior), to help a reputable Marketing Leader to carry out a digital transformation.

As they look to transition into becoming product-led, they need three UI/UX Designers to oversee a full company rebranding, whilst elevating their main B2B2C product features and capabilities.

Day to day tasks include collaborating with a small team to define design requirements, iterate solutions, and quickly wireframe / prototype design enhancements in Figma.

**Please note: Although this is initially a 3 month contract, a further extension is likely.**

There are three roles, all of varying responsibilities and seniority, so the day rates can range from anywhere between $800-1000 (inc super).

**What you will be doing**:

- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing (and an agency that’s currently in place) to define design requirements.
- Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Using historical designs & guidelines to design new features in Figma.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to talk through design thinking.

**What you will bring**:

- At least 5 years of experience working as a UI / UX Designer or similar.
- Experience solving complex design problems.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
- A natural curiosity and a confidence to ask questions, adding real value through thinking outside the box.
- The ability to jump quickly between varying priorities and work autonomously.
- Expertise with standard product design tools, specifically Figma / Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities.
