Reporting to the Project Specialist and based at our Liverpool site, the Project Coordinator works within the Trade & Installer Project team responsible for tier one construction projects nationally. Providing support across the team to ensure the provision of core operational functions are delivered in a high level and professional manner that strives to achieve a successful project business cycle.

A snapshot of the role responsibilities include:

- Managing end to end project customer interaction, actioning all queries, quotes and internal communications
- Coordinating project delivery and internal/external communication
- Liaise between customer’s project team and planning/production to create project supply plan.
- Support BDM's with customer event/site attendance from time to time
- Communicating effectively across all internal teams including commercial, planning, warehouse and logistics and production (when required)
- Maintain project progress/summary report.
- Support ad-hoc duties as required within the T&I channel and other tasks as required from time to time.
- Preparing tender quote and relevant documentation.

We seek an approachable and driven individual with:

- Strong, positive and effective communications skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work in high efficiency and effectivity.
- High level of data processing accuracy, with an eye for excellent attention to detail required for tenders, project orders, customer’s project delivery schedules.
- Good numerical skills
- Highly organised and able work autonomously whilst prioritising work
- Resilient and problem-solving attitude.
- SAP experience is advantage (Quotation, Sales Order, Stock Requirement, etc).
- Intermediate Excel skills is advantage (Sum, Subtotal, Filter, Vlookup, Basic Math Formulation, etc).
- Strong work ethic to work with mínimal supervision.
- Adapt to dynamic/fast pace working environment.
