We are seeking an experienced Family Legal Secretary for a mid-tier law firm based in the heart of the CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation on a close-knit team.

The successful applicant must have 2+ years experience in Family Law. You will be assisting one of the Partners and should be able to come in and hit the ground running.

**Duties**:

- Prepare legal documents
- Dictation
- Maintain files and calendars
- Schedule appointments, meetings and make travel arrangements.

**Skills**:

- 2+ years experience in Family law
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Excellent typing skills and proficient in MS Office
