Due to continuous growth at MinRes, we are looking for an experienced **Processing Manager **at one of our existing lithium operations, who will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, cost effective and profitable management of the activities associated with the lithium processing operations. The role will report to the Site General Manager.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Oversee the operations of the site processing facilities.
- Provide a clearly defined Organisational Structure for the people on site.
- Implement and maintain cost effective processing procedures to achieve optimum plant. output, availability, reliability, and performance.
- Develop and maintain effective Safe Work Procedures.
- Manage, control, and supervise the site production teams.
- Provide ongoing direction, mentoring, training and support to the Supervisors and processing teams.
- Assist in the organisation, planning, preparation, and execution of processing activities to ensure efficient execution.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and relevant standards and codes
- Monitor the skills and performance of processing resources and provide advice, training, and direction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities associated with the planning and performance to ensure the smooth running of the processing facilities.
- Drive, implement and ensure compliance to the Company Safety Management Systems and Programmes.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g., Metallurgy, Engineering).
- Minimum 7 years’ demonstrated experience in a crushing plant environment, including exposure to beneficiation and/or flotation processes.
- Previous experience in leadership role within a similar environment.
- Proven commitment to leading and maintaining a safe work environment for self and others and complying with appropriate safety operating procedures.
- Ability to efficiently plan and coordinate daily processing activities and meeting targets.
- Working knowledge of relevant Acts, codes and regulations used in the mining industry.
