An experienced Payroll Manager is needed to lead the department in a busy and well established organisation.

Due to the rapid growth they require a passionate Payroll Manager to join their team on the Gold Coast. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-volume environment. **Your new role**
Your first class leadership skills and previous management experience will be essential to being successful in this role. Your primary focus will be ensuring timely and accurate processing from the payroll Officers. Processing numerous payrolls for many employees you will need to respond to payroll queries within our agreed service levels, along with responsibility for calculating pay increases, back pays and processing leave reconciliations.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience operating as a Payroll Manager within a fast-paced, high volume organisation. You will need to have good computer literacy and numerical data processing speed and accuracy, knowledge of manual and computerised payroll systems and a time and attendance software, developed communication skills, interpersonal skills, a great attitude, and strong work ethic.
