**About the Role**:
As a stable, close-knit team, we are looking forward to welcoming a new Retail Trainer/Assessor to our Sydney office.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a range of our key clients - Clients that are leaders in the retail industry. Highly respected, large, national brands that value skills development in their staff.

You’ll impart your retail industry and leadership experience, plus put your vocational training experience into practice, supporting and inspiring your Certificate III in Retail and Certificate IV in Retail Management Trainees across various retail locations in Sydney and regional NSW to earn their accredited qualifications. These are established, ongoing training programs with an engaged workforce.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116)
- Certificate III in Retail (SIR30216)
- Certificate IV in Retail Management (SIR40316)

**Preferred Skills, Experience, Attributes**:

- Experience delivering accredited workplace based training
- Retail industry experience
- An understanding of VET administration and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Happy to travel regionally in NSW from time-to-time
- Must have a valid Driver's License

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
