We have a great opportunity for an up-and-coming Category Executive to take the leap and truly own and drive the Category strategy within our Pharmacy Channel. This commercially focused, analytical role will partner closely with the Category Manager and wider Sales, Marketing and Brand Experience team to develop and drive the Pharmacy Channel Strategy.

**This is a Sydney based role at our office in Surry Hills or Warriewood, with access to hybrid/flexible working from home/office.**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Develop pricing and promotional frameworks, market and competitor analysis and promotion ROI
- Develop and communicate assortment recommendation (based on channel strategy to meet shopper needs)
- Provide priority ranking and distribution targets for each channel, monitor results and develop plans to optimise ranging
- Proactively review key customers by channel and detail relevant performance data and communicate across the business
- Make recommendations (pricing, range, promotion, visibility etc) based on the above customer review
- Work cross functionally to bring to life class leading and customer specific activations and NPD

**Who are you?**
- Previous experience in a category role in consumer goods or pharma
- Excellent data analysis skills and experience working with scan data Nielsen/IRI, Advanced MS Excel
- Commercially focused and consumer centric
- Working knowledge of business financials
- Energetic and driven to deliver awesome results for the brand, our customers and consumers
