**Description**:
About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer to join us as an Assistant Brand Manager within the Personal Care team.

Support Senior Brand Manager in day to day management of the Personal Care brands
Assist in development and implementation of new products
Support internal sales team with go to market plans & category strategies
Monthly analysis & reporting of scan & category sales
Support SBM in managing brand media campaigns, planning, creative, reporting and budgets
Support SBM in managing creative execution with internal graphics studio and external partners
Assist in managing budgets and financial compliance processes.
Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

2+ years as a Marketing Assistant or similar with a drive to learn and build your core Marketing capability
Experience working with FMCG products &/or categories
A passion to bring meaningful change and innovation to established product categories in market
A drive for data lead decision making with experience preparing and analyzing grocery channel data. Preparing reports including scan sales, promotional and display effectiveness
Exceptional attention to detail in execution including; Packaging & Product design, Media creative, Channel marketing support
Experience executing marketing plans including in store & above the line Media
Experience working to a budget and managing forecasts.
Excellent organisation and project management skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other internal departments.
Experience preparing for Grocery range reviews ideal
