**Description**:
About the role

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager ready to step up in a contract capacity for 6 - 9 months. Ideal start date late August / early September.

Working on brands like Brut, Norsca, you will drive marketing activities that generate long term success of this portfolio and retailer categories.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Support Senior Brand Manager
- Develop and implement new products
- Support internal sales team with go to market plans & category strategies
- Monthly analysis & reporting of scan & category sales
- Manage brand media campaigns, planning, creative, reporting and budgets
- Track and monitor monthly brand budgets
- Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- Marketing or business related degree is essential
- A passion to bring meaningful change and innovation to established product categories in market
- Exceptional attention to detail in execution including; Packaging & Product design, Media creative, Channel marketing support
- Experience working with FMCG products &/or categories
- 2+ years as a Marketing Assistant or similar with a drive to learn and build your core Marketing capability
- Solid understanding and experience with marketing plans including in store & above the line Media
- Experience reporting on and analyzing grocery channel data including; scan sales, promotional and display effectiveness
- General understanding of budgets and the process of budgets and forecasts
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team & other internal departments
- Experience preparing for Grocery range reviews ideal
