Having a proven, innovative, safe and solid 3rd party accredited framework to deliver intensive care at home nursing care, enables us to look after the highest acuity and sickest patients in the community in Australia._ **THE OPPORTUNITY** As a fast-growing company we at **INTENSIVE CARE AT HOME **have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated **Roster Coordinator** to work from home on a Full-time basis with flexible hours, working day or night shifts. We are looking for an experienced confident, well-spoken applicant with an energetic and positive professional attitude who will be the central point of contact for our clients and staff. **Responsibilities**: - Developing and managing rosters - Ensuring files and records are maintained - Providing administrative support to management and support staff - Communicating rosters and roster changes to relevant staff & clients - Generating daily weekly and monthly rosters using rostering software - Responding to roster inquiries from relevant staff - Answering and assisting with enquiries; including the administration of roster changes, cancellations and leave arrangements - Updating rosters based on business needs - Assisting with general administrative duties to support the team - Assisting with the management of timesheets for relevant staff - Liaising with staff and clients on all levels - Escalating issues to relevant managers - General administrative duties as well as some finance experience e.g. invoicing **Minimum Requirements**: - Flexible & willing to learn - The ability to multitask - High level of attention to detail - Must have rostering experience - Maintaining client confidentiality at all times - Be compassionate, empathetic & a genuine desire to help others - Excellent communicator on all levels both patient/clients & staff - A positive attitude with all stakeholders with a “can-do" resilient approach - Embracing a results-driven environment with a high degree of accountability - Enthusiasm to take on new challenges i.e. Willingness to work outside of your comfort zone - Reliable Connection, high speed internet with a private quiet workspace - A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role - Must be dedicated to always supporting our hard working & passionate team **What We Offer**: - Opportunity to join a Market Leader of this niche industry within a high-achieving dynamic team - Career growth & development opportunity - Competitive remuneration/salary - Working from home - Supportive culture - Mentoring & coaching - Focused training will be given on all systems & organization policies **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Work from home Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Public holidays - Rotating roster - Weekend availability Supplementary Pay: - Overtime pay Application Question(s): - Do you have any rostering/scheduling experience?
