Resource and Administration Coordinator
- Work from home opportunity
- 6 month fixed term contract with possible extension

This role is part of a team that will provide care coordination, care navigation, case management and health coaching to a cohort of clients that have a chronic illness and or complex needs resulting in multiple admissions to hospital.

The Opportunity

Silver Chain are seeking an experienced Resource and Administration Coordinator to Co-ordinate Resources: Schedule and Roster direct care providers to clients to ensure the delivery of quality client services within the required timeframes in the community. Provide administrative support to the team to support effective operations.

About You
- Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening), interpersonal and analytical skills to develop effective working relationships, promote services and resolve client issues.
- Previous experience in resource co-ordination, administration or have a background in a smiliar environment.
- Flexible approach to decision making and problem solving to innovatively resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- An empathetic and agile approach to manage the sensitivities of client and providerscheduling issues.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills for prioritising their own workload and meeting conflicting deadlines in a busy and demanding environment.
- Excellent computer literacy with an ability to learn and embrace technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a team focus and to contribute to the Service Centre and organisational objectives.
- An understanding of service provision, allocation and compliance with contractual and HR obligations.
- Demonstrated administrative experience in order to schedule meetings, prepare and collate documentation and provide general administrative support.
- Attention to detail to ensure processes and documentation are consistent with organisational standards.
