As the Marketing Specialist for Consumer, you will sit within the Acquisition and Growth Marketing team. In this role you will support the Marketing Manager and deliver end to end acquisition campaigns, initiatives and sales support across the Consumer Portfolio, to drive acquisition and brand growth in Medibank. In addition to end-to-end omnichannel campaign development, you will support the New Customer Crew with the delivery of key acquisition initiaitives.

This role will see you:

- Support in the development and execution required campaigns and communications to support the consumer portfolios
- Responsible for the development and implementation of multi-channel campaigns and sales tools to drive prospects, leads and new customer acquisition, including digital assets, POS, collateral and promotions.
- Work with the Marketing Manger to develop campaign briefs which incorporate the campaign strategy, objectives, customer segmentation & targeting, campaign metrics, timing and budget whilst ensuring activities are in line with brand, legal and compliance standards.
- Data-driven lifecycle marketing, mapping and experience creation, understanding lead data and transforming into actionable communications and experience across all available channels.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract position.
