**The Role**
Mainly helping the head chef and the kitchen team - but having solid support from back-end staff.
We are looking for someone who has experience in Asian cuisine with a grasp of modern Australian menu and can learn signature dishes fast and accurately.
- **Work Permit in Australia**:
- **3-4 years experience as a CDP or Junior Sous Chef**
**The Details and Perks**
The vibe of the restaurant is young with a mixture of classic authentic Thai fusion cuisine.
Tips are extremely generous, given the loyalty of customers and quality of food. The catch to this role is that there is a growth within the roles and a good work relationship among the staff.
