**About the role**
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a **Manager - Events & Activations**, you will be responsible for the planning, development and activation of events that increase engagement across key customer groups.
In this role, you will liaise and plan with a vast range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver best in class customer events (onsite and online) that appeal to a range of member, advisers and employer audiences. You will champion consistent brand and event standards across event delivery, point of sale materials and merchandise.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- Relevant experience in event management or corporate marketing, ideally large organisation with multiple disciplines
- Considerable experience in brand or trade activation and online events.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across a highly complex organisation - including executive leaders.
- A collaborative and purpose driven working style with a passion for connecting with customers.
- Exceptional organisational/ logístical skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple project priorities using appropriate project management tools
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time within Australia.
- Comfortable with, and an advocate for, ongoing change and continuous improvement.
