We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Manager to join our team. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute events of various sizes and types, from concept development to post-event evaluation, including events held interstate and internationally.
- Develop event budgets and timelines, manage event logistics and vendor relationships, and ensure all details are attended.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create event programs, agendas, and marketing materials for events.
- Coordinate event registration, ticket sales, and attendee communications
- Coordinate sponsorship activations and build relationships with sponsors to ensure their needs are met
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including health and safety guidelines, for events
- Manage on-site event staff and volunteers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all attendees
- Provide post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement for events held interstate and internationally
- Able to jump on stage and perform MC or stage duties when required

**Experience/ Skillsets**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and management, with a focus on sponsorship activations
- Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale events and managing sponsorship relationships, both domestically and internationally
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual (English and Mandarin)
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in event management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable with performing MC or stage duties when required**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
