**YOUR ROLE**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our **Adelaide Airport, South Australia branch**.

The primary objective of this role is to deliver improved revenue growth and margin within all our sectors using creative strategies. You will lead the design and implementation of sales plans to optimise the performance of our highly talented sales team in order to drive profitable growth throughout the region.

You will be joining a management team who lead-by-example and who thrive on sharing their knowledge and experience in order to see their team grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team to deliver revenue growth and margin within multiple sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for market penetration and growth, working closely with industry leaders.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and corporate accounts as well as internal stakeholders.
- Create and manage the execution of strategy to deliver on revenue and margin budgets and develop product and customer-specific strategies.
- Understand the marketplace: products, competitors, and opportunities, and work collaboratively with other sectors in the state to find synergy and transferable value.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Must have experience leading a team.
- High commercial and sales acumen with a successful track record in B2B sales in high-volume, consumable products.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach people, and to develop and implement strategic plans to increase market penetration and gross margin.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude, and the ability to take initiative and embrace the new and unknown.
