**The opportunity to join our team**
We’re at the start of a major transformation in our Advice business — rethinking platforms, people, and processes to build a more cost-efficient, scalable model. AI and automation are at the centre of this shift, and we’re looking for a Delivery Lead who can turn strategy into action.

In this role you’ll be hands-on in identifying where AI and automation can bring the most value, then driving those opportunities through to execution. You’ll set delivery guardrails, manage a complex environment of stakeholders and governance, and bring the energy to inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex AI and automation initiatives in Advice
- Prioritise the automation roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term value
- Translate opportunity into execution - from data structure through to working AI solutions
- Coach and lead a team of 5, building capability and pace in how we deliver
- Act as the link between business leaders, AI engineers, data teams, and developers

**What You Bring to This Role**
- You’ll bring a combination of technical expertise, delivery experience, and the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience delivering AI/automation programs at scale
- Strong grounding in AI-first architectures, data transformation, and modern engineering practices
- A track record of leading teams in complex, regulated environments
- The drive and confidence to cut through governance, engage stakeholders, and deliver outcomes
- Energy and presence - people want to work with you because you inspire, motivate, and keep things moving
