Join us as we transition from traditional Agile to SAFe and uplift our delivery capability across core insurance platforms. This is more than a Delivery Lead role — it's a chance to shape the future of how we deliver value to customers, colleagues, and partners. As our Delivery Lead, you'll be responsible for leading multiple squads delivering a mix of business-funded and platform-funded initiatives. You'll play a pivotal role in embedding Agile standards, establishing new delivery processes, and guiding the team through a SAFe transformation. This includes leading Program Increment (PI) planning, facilitating planning sessions, tracking progress, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring transparency across all streams of work. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand, supporting the delivery of claims and customer communications platforms. As a people leader, you'll be responsible for the performance of the team, including performance management and coaching.
