A business critical role for a B2B SaaS organisation that is scaling across APAC.

As their product services large organisations in the financial services industry, this scale-up is looking for a Delivery Lead who has worked for a Fintech start-up / scale-up.

You’ll be working closely with the CEO and CTO, managing the execution of a critical project as they build the next generation of their SaaS product, so someone who has experience leading the delivery of products to Tier 1 financial services institutions will be able to really add value here.

**Please note, you will have flexible working hours, but this role will involve working with global teams.**

**Salary**: Up to $170k base + super

**What you will be doing**:

- Work with Product Consultants to coordinate project teams and lead client deliveries
- Develop client-facing delivery plans & budgets, but also internal sprint plans
- Lead regular team meetings across the global teams
- Oversee release management activities as changes are promoted and tested
- Drive to continuously improve internal delivery processes
- Define project metrics and communicate to all stakeholders
- Deliver agreed project updates to external and internal stakeholders

**What you will bring**:

- In order to hit the ground running, Delivery / Project Management experience in a Fintech start-up / scale up is absolutely essential here.
- Experience delivering products for clients in the Wealth Management or Superannuation industries (or similar) is also crucial.
- At least five years experience in a Project Management capacity (or similar) in software development environments.
- The ability to communicate with c-suite stakeholders is also absolutely essential.
- Experience working with fast-paced, agile delivery teams is equally as important.
- The ability to jump quickly between varying priorities, and execute to tight deadlines.
