About the Role
You will be responsible for communicating directly with customers, to help with any queries and resolve outstanding balances owed to the client. This includes inbound and outbound calls, customer service and processing credit card payments. The ability to navigate multiple systems at once is key in this role.
If you’re interested, here is what you need to know.- Multiple intakes: 27th March, 17th April & 1st of May.- Operating hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm - No weekend work- Location: Melbourne CBD- Thrive in building a professional rapport over the phone- Love working in a fast-paced environment where you have set targets to achieve within set timeframes- Can undertake multiple tasks whilst actively listening to assist in resolving customers' needs- Demonstrate competent computer skills including system navigation- Be as passionate as we are about providing exceptional customer experiences- Previous experience in collections
